To this end, we've initiated a paperless culture by employing QR codes for convenient access to service-related documents. We've also invested in hybrid and electric vehicles, and we're proud to exclusively utilise 100% zero plastic waste cleaning products that hold FSC/PEFC approval, are vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free. We continuously research and trial new products and working methodologies to evaluate their potential to reduce the life-cycle environmental impact of the services we provide. This is translated into actionable plans through our operational Environmental Department. Manned by qualified experts, this department provides guidance, conducts audits, and lends support, all in pursuit of our environmental objectives.
